I am getting an ipad, but i am not sure to get the basic wifi or the wifi+3G. My phone line is under Sprint.

The AT&T is an option offered, but to my understanding you can get your service plan with any carrier. Because of the issues surrounding the proprietorial service plan on the iphone, Apple seems to have decided to lose that on the iPad in order to get more sales.

I need a temporary phone because my late phone recently broke. My friend is willing to lend me his 3G, but i don’t to make a plan or anything. So if I put a prepaid sim card in the 3G will it work?

Umm call your cell phone company. If you have insurance you’re good otherwise you buy a new phone. But first and foremost call the cell company and tell them it was taken. It will probably never turn up.

I have a Google G1 Phone and a Tmobile prepaid SIM card. Is it possible to insert the SIM card into the Google Phone and the phone automatically can make calls and work? If not, is there any other way?

yes it is but it sorta difficult. INSERT the prepaid tmobile sims card and go to wifi setting and act as if your gonna connect and then block it…..someone else had walkd me through the steps

I was told by a vendor that most sim cards were going 3g soon. I have one 3g phone, but I really want the iclone i9 phone. I was wondering if that phone could support a 3g sim card?
